§ 52-405. Required equipment

Every motorized cart must be equipped as mandated by V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 551.404(a), and/or required by the city, including the following:

(1) Operational headlamps;

(2) Operational taillamps;

(3) Side reflectors;

(4) Operational parking brake;

(5) Rearview mirror; and

(6) Horn.
