§ 1.3. Annexation of territory

Latest version.

The city shall have the power to extend its corporate limits so as to include any territory lying adjacent to its present boundaries, and the commission is hereby given the right to pass such ordinances, rules and regulations as may be necessary to govern the proceedings in such cases.
